Château Khoury is a relatively new producer located just outside the Bekaa town of Zahleh. Very much a family affair, the estate is owned by Raymond and Brigitte El Khoury, while their son Jean-Paul is the French-trained wine maker.

| Very well built to age. Even now, consuming this gem will get you accused of infanticide... Rugged, dense, rich in fruit & flavor, with a structure that associates strength and finesse. Voluminous but finely graded tanins. Give it 2 more years, or aerate 2-6 hours before serving at 15 degrees. Would elect it as "most Lebanese" of all French inspired blends. Excellent Q/P ratio (about 12$). Rate: 93 [+] |

I had a few glasses on Friday night at Osteria in mar Mikael. It was the house red and i enjoyed it very much. Nice and fruity and none of that dry feeling in the mouth. Great site btw. Rate: 85 [+] |

| I drunk 2 bottles of this magnificent white wine during new year's eve.
It is made of chardonnay, riesling and gewurztraminer grapes and have aromas of pineapple and white flowers amongst others. I was delighted to see that not only me but all my guests were suprised by the quality of this wine. I recommend it to all wine lovers who would like to have a quick taste of what Alsacian wines have given to their Lebanese counterparts.. Rate: 85 [+] |
